I had an exceptional experience with Hunter , Mark and team . They were professional, attentive and genuinely committed to delivering great service and product . What stood out most was how clearly everything was explained _ no rush no pressure just honest guidance and real expertise . The entire process was smooth and well organised. Timelines were kept . It's rare to find a business that combines efficency with such a personal touch.
Installing MozziGuard was a brilliant investment.

We couldn't be happier with the mosquito/monkey guards fitted by SheerGuard. From the very first enquiry, the whole process was smooth and professional. Mark and Hunter were fantastic throughout, friendly, punctual and clearly took real pride in their work.

What a great experience, from quotation to complete installation, Mark and Hunter have been great with communication and efficiency. After having a terrible experience with a different supplier, Mark and Hunter did a great job!

Good morning Mark.
Thank you to you and your team for a splendid job.
I'm in awe with you work ethic, so clean and tidy. No fuss no bother, you just got in, did what you had to and left.
I appreciate the respect shown to my home and myself.
I definitely will recommend your team to others.
Go well, God bless .

It's very rare that we would rate 5 stars, especially with current poor service levels in SA. But Mark and his son were really outstanding with execution. We had a bit of a long wait for installation, about 2 months, but it was really worth the wait. From the site visit for quotation, then final measurements and then installation over 2 days, they were professional, courteous and very neat. Potentially, Mark could be as ocd as me! It was not all smooth sailing but when they encountered issues, Mark and Hunter solutioned well. Mark's experience is very obvious. And I appreciated his hands on approach rather than leaving installation to others. If anyone is looking to address their Monkey / Insect / Bird issues, with screens, I would recommend Mark at SheerGuard Durban North. We have just had it installed (Mar2026) so can't comment on longevity and care just yet. At least we can now make use of and enjoy our balcony, hassle free. Many thanks to Mark, Hunter and Alvin!
