Garden Route SheerGuard exceeded my highest expectation by far. Not only was Ricky Walton proffesional, but was prompt in feedbacks, visiting site on time arranged same day for quote and explaining best options for clear burglar bars and security gate that will benefit and meet security needs to the maximum. I acccepted quote and paid deposit yesterday afternoon, immediately he responded and arranged installation of clear burglar bars for this morning. Impressive He and his team did a superb job, leaving everything cleaned up and first making sure by Ricky that every window was also done to his and my satisfaction . Well done Garden Route SheerGuard. I shall most definitely recommend you and I am looking forward to the Trellis door installation.

The best. Husband-and-wife- team CJ and Estelle are hands-on and do everything, from quotation to installation themselves. They prioritised the safety of my elderly mother, by fast-tracking her in their schedule. It was also a great relief to be able to trust and leave them at our home to perform the installation while I visited my mom in hospital and had to run urgent errands for her. Everything was left tidy and spotless. Who thought burglar bars could look this good?

The Gold Standard of Home Service
If I could give more than five stars, I would. This husband-and-wife duo—affectionately known as "Ken & Barbie" (and yes, they are just as lovely on the inside as they are on the outside)—provide a level of service that simply doesn’t exist elsewhere.

From start to finish, their attention to detail was impeccable. I watched them measure every single component at least three times to ensure absolute accuracy. They aren't just looking to get the job done; they are looking to get it done perfectly.

What impressed me most, however, was their unwavering integrity. On more than one occasion, they offered advice that was clearly in our best interest, even when it meant a smaller project for them and less money in their pockets. It is so rare to find people this authentic and kind who truly prioritize the customer over the bottom line.

A few other things you should know:

Tidiness: They are incredibly respectful of your space. Honestly, you wouldn’t even know they had been working in the house—they leave everything spotless.

Personality: They are warm, genuine, and a total pleasure to have in your home.

Reliability: Their word is gold.

We are beyond thrilled with the results and can’t emphasize enough how happy we are. We have officially found our "forever" team; we will never use or recommend any other company. Do yourself a favor and hire them—you won’t regret it!

Excellent Service! CJ came out to do the a quote for me at my earliest convenience, double checked everything, kept me constantly updated and asked a very reasonable price. The actual installation was quick and incredibly precise, looks absolutely stunning and WOW oh WOW, the cleanliness! Not a spec of dust to be seen anywhere after installation. I can highly recommend this spectacular team if you are looking for honest and trustworthy people for your security installation needs, the products they offer are very easy on the eyes as well! Estelle and CJ I look forward to working with you again soon!
